The flat Il Castagno, is a single-storey flat with access from the ground floor. At the entrance, an open space with living room with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen welcomes guests in an elegant and comfortable environment. On the same level, the flat offers two double bedrooms, with the possibility of twin beds, with bright views and antique-style furnishings. The accommodation is designed for four persons and includes a large private bathroom with a set of towels and a guest bathroom set. The furnishings are in Tuscan style although there are some more modern furnishings and it has a more contemporary structure than the other flats in the hamlet. The accommodation has a private patio from which you can enjoy the view of one of our vineyards.

The Cipresso flat has a covered private courtyard on the ground floor to accommodate your relaxation time with the privacy it deserves. The outdoor area is characterised by the beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. For those who like to swim while surrounded by nature, the Casa Giani Agritourism has a large pool with an adjacent relaxation area set in the countryside. The central structure of the Agritourism also offers a large hall with outdoor loggia for hosting events and tastings, as well as a children’s play area.
